Kids Club Registration

BUS TRANSPORTATION                                                                    

Bus pick-up: Elementary school aged children must have a parent/guardian or previously approved person accompany their child to the pick-up point.                                                                               

Bus drop-off: A parent/guardian or previously approved person should be at the bus stop site at drop-off time to collect their child.            

Please be aware it is your responsibility to be with your child/ren at the pick up point and collect them when they are dropped off. If someone else is going to be picking up your child/ren from the drop off point, please let us know.

SPECIAL INFORMATION: All Kids Club workers have been Child Protection trained and have current criminal record checks. Children must have prior written permission from a parent or legal guardian before coming to Kids Club. Changes to Kids Club events will be provided to the parents/guardian of participating children in advance of the change.

I understand that safety will be a priority, however I recognize that there are risks involved in this activity and in any activity. I hereby affirm that I have informed myself to my own satisfaction of the nature of the risks involved in Kids Club, and agree as follows:

I fully understand that injury may occur as a result of enrolment and participation in this activity, and on behalf of myself and my heirs, I hereby release Christ Central Church and its agents from any liability now or in the future for injuries or conditions that my child may obtain, except those caused by negligence.
